The ramp is great but the instructions could be clearer! We actually found two sets of instructions, one from PVI which was quite inadequate and one from RR which was better. Still, those instructions said to slide the metal parts that brace the two sections when the ramp is unfolded, and our parts didn't slide, they pivoted.
I am still not sure what the “hooks” are and we were surprised to find that it is highly recommended that we drill holes in the floor and use bolts provided. I didn't see anything like that on the website description, did I miss it?
